Affiliate disclosure
- This site earns a commission when you swap through our widget or our partner links.
- [That commission comes out of our partner’s fee. You pay the same rate you’d get going to them directly.]
- We never hold your funds, see your keys, or process your swap.
Who we work with
The swap widget on our homepage and pair pages is run by a third-party instant exchange service. We’re part of their affiliate program, and they share part of their revenue with us for swaps that start on this site.
When you use the widget, the partner’s name, terms and support details are shown inside it. If we add or change partners, this page gets updated first.
How the money actually works
Instant swap services don’t charge a separate fee at checkout. Their margin is built into the exchange rate you see. When a swap starts from our site, the partner passes a slice of that margin to us.
Example: you swap 0.1 BTC to ETH using the widget on our homepage. The exchange partner shows you a rate, you accept it, the swap goes through.
Later, the partner credits a small share of what they earned on that swap to our partner account. Nothing extra is taken from you, and nothing about it is visible in your transaction.
We don’t get paid for clicks, sign-ups or page views. Only for completed swaps.
What a commission doesn’t buy
It doesn’t buy a good review. You’ll find places on this site where we tell you an instant swap is the wrong tool, like large same-chain swaps where a DEX often comes out cheaper, or frequent trading where a regular exchange wins on fees.
Honestly, that costs us money. We’d still rather you come back next time because the advice held up.
What we don’t do
- We don’t receive, store or move your crypto. Deposits go to a one-time address from the exchange partner, and payouts go straight to the address you enter.
- We don’t see your private keys or seed phrase, and we’ll never ask for them. Anyone who does is a scammer.
- We can’t speed up, cancel or refund a swap. For that, contact the exchange partner’s support with your swap ID. Their contact details are shown in the widget and in your swap status page.
How partner links are marked
Links that can earn us a commission are tagged with rel="sponsored" in the page code, as Google asks publishers to do. The swap widget itself is always a partner placement.
This disclosure follows the spirit of the FTC’s Endorsement Guides: tell readers about the financial relationship clearly, before they act on a recommendation.
Not financial advice
Everything on crypto-swap.online is general information. Crypto prices move fast, and blockchain transactions can’t be reversed. Decide for yourself, and only swap what you can afford to get wrong.
