What this site is

crypto-swap.online (“the site”, “we”, “us”) is operated by the crypto-swap.online team. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The site offers guides, comparisons and a swap widget provided by a third-party exchange partner. We’re a publisher and an affiliate. We are not an exchange, a broker, a wallet or a financial institution.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that’s higher.

You may not use the site, or the partner’s services through it, if crypto swaps are illegal for you, or if you’re on a sanctions list or located in a sanctioned country. Checking what’s allowed where you live is your responsibility.

Swaps run by a third party

Every swap started through our widget or partner links is a contract between you and the exchange partner, under their terms and privacy policy. They set the rates, minimums and supported coins, run any compliance checks, and handle support and refunds.

• We don’t receive, store or control any crypto you send.
• Rates and amounts shown on the site, including in example widgets, are estimates. The partner confirms the final figures before you send.
• Blockchain transactions can’t be reversed. Sending to a wrong address, on a wrong network, or without a required memo or tag may mean losing those funds for good.

No financial advice

Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Our content is general information, written in good faith, and it can be incomplete or out of date. Read the full disclaimer.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to break the law, launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions or defraud anyone. Also don’t:

• scrape, copy or republish our content at scale without permission;
• try to break, overload or probe the site’s security;
• impersonate us, or use our name to promote another service;
• send spam or malicious code through our contact forms.

Content and trademarks

The text, design and graphics on the site belong to crypto-swap.online unless stated otherwise. You can quote short parts with a link back to the source page.

Coin names, tickers and third-party brand names belong to their owners. We use them only to identify those assets and services.

Links to other sites

We link to exchanges, wallets, blockchain explorers and other external sites. We don’t control them and we aren’t responsible for their content, security or practices.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage from using the site or relying on its content. That includes lost funds, trading losses, rate changes, failed or delayed swaps, partner outages, wrong addresses and lost profits.

Where the law doesn’t allow a full exclusion, our total liability is limited to USD 100.

Indemnity

If your misuse of the site, or your breach of these terms, leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that come from it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes go to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
