We can’t see, speed up, cancel or refund swaps. Those are handled by our exchange partner. Use the support link inside the swap widget, or on your swap status page, and include your swap ID. That’s the fastest way to get it sorted.

Before you hit send
- Include the page URL if you’re reporting an error.
- For privacy requests (access, deletion), write “Privacy request” in the subject.
- Partnership pitches: tell us what you offer and which countries you serve.
We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.
