Who we are

crypto-swap.online is operated by the crypto-swap.online team, based in Israel. For this policy, we’re the controller of the personal data described below. Contact: support@crypto-swap.online.

What we collect

Not much, on purpose.

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referring site. Our hosting provider records this in standard server logs.
• Analytics: aggregated usage data, such as which pages get read and which pairs get clicked, through our analytics tool.
• Messages: your name, email and message if you contact us.

We don’t ask for ID documents, private keys or seed phrases. If anyone claiming to be us asks for those, it’s a scam.

The swap widget

The swap widget is supplied and run by a third-party exchange partner. Wallet addresses, amounts, refund addresses, emails and any verification data you enter go directly to that partner and are handled under their own privacy policy, which is linked inside the widget.

The partner may tell us that a swap came from our site, along with its amount and status, so we can be paid our commission. It doesn’t give us your identity.

Cookies

We use as few cookies as we can:

• Essential: needed for the site to load and stay secure.
• Analytics: help us see which pages are useful. Only set after you consent, where the law requires it.
• Partner / affiliate: set by the exchange partner to credit a swap to our site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but partner attribution may not.

How we use data

• to run, secure and fix the site (legitimate interest);
• to understand which content helps people and improve it (legitimate interest, or consent for analytics cookies where required);
• to reply to your messages (your request);
• to meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting company, our analytics provider and our email provider, plus authorities when the law requires it.

Some of them may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on standard safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Server logs: up to 30 days.
• Analytics: up to 14 months, in aggregated form.
• Contact messages: up to 24 months, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time.

Email support@crypto-swap.online and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Israel, that’s the Privacy Protection Authority.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and we keep its software up to date. No system is perfectly secure, though, so please don’t send us sensitive information by email.

Children

The site isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect data from minors. If you think a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll also put a notice on the homepage.
